La Federazione Artigiani e Piccole Imprese, con sede Legale a Milano, in via Fiuggi n⁰33 C.F. 11202380967, nella persona del sig. Giovanni Guardiano, nato a Ragusa (RG), il 20/04/1955, C.F. GRDGNN55D20H163W, di seguito denominata FAPI
Alla luce di quanto sopra si conviene e stipula quanto segue:
l’Associazione ITALBANGLA incarica la FAPI a ricercare societa disposte ad inserire nel proprio organico maestranze qualificate oppure da qualificare provenienti dal Bangladesh nel rispetto delle normative vigenti.
LA FAPI, operera in piena autonomia , ma avra l’obbligo di informare preventivamente l’Associazione ITALBANGLA sulla iniziative che intende intraprendere, per alcune delle quali sara necessario ed indispensabile il ruolo dell’Associaione ITALBANGLA che utilizzera la propria esperienza e le proprie conoscenze al fine di agevolare la realizzione dei progetti condivisi applicando ove necessario, l’Art 27 del testo unico dell’immigrazione e successive modifiche ed integrazioni.
La FAPI individuera anche tra i propri associati, che hanno fatto esplicita richiesta di personale, quelli che posseggono i requisiti di Legge per poter richiedere tirocini formativi.
La FAPI fonira loro la modulistica che inviera successivamente al soggetto promotore (ente di formazione abilitato per tirocinio formativo per cittadini extra EU) che avra il compito di preparare il progetto formativo individuale per l’inserimento del/i tirocinante/i nel nuovo contesto lavorativo alla definizione delle condizioni organizzative didattiche ed al monitoraggio dell’intero progetto.
Per le attivita sopra descritte l’Associazione ITALBANGLA versera, una tantum, alla FAPI, a titolo di acconto a sostegno di tutte le attivita da svolgere, la somma di euro €3.00000 (Euro tremila/zerozero)
L’acconto iniziale verra detratto dai compensi futuri che verranno succcessivamente concordati e sottoscritti in separata sede , di volta in volta verranno definiti ruoli e futuri compensi, che potranno essere sempre rinegoziati con il consenso delle parti.
IL presente accordo avra la durata di anni quattro tacitamente rinnovabili salvo comunicazione scritta da una delle due parti, fatta pervenire sessanta giorni prima della scandenza contrattuale.
Entrambe le organizzaioni coferiscono l’una all’altra il consenso del trattamento dei dati direttamente o indirettamente come previsto dalla privacy UE 679/216 (GDRP), relativamente alle finalita necessarie per la gestione del presente patto di adesione confederativo.
Per quanto non espressamente previsto dal seguente contratto le parti si rimettono alle disposizioni del codice Civile in materia di contratti

The Federation Artisans and Small Companies , with Headquarters Legal in Milan, in via Fiuggi n⁰ 33 Fiscal Code 11202380967, in the person of Mr. Giovanni Guardiano , born in Ragusa (RG), on 20/04/1955, Fiscal Code GRDGNN55D20H163W, hereinafter called FAPI
Given That
• The ITALBANGLA Association aims to assist, protect and represent Asian immigrants, taking care of their integration into the workplace, in compliance with their cultural and social values, paying particular attention to those coming from Bangladesh.
• FAPI is an employers’ association that offers multiple services to member companies, including that of researching, selecting and training qualified workers to be included in its staff.
In light of the above, it is agreed and stipulated as follows:
The ITALBANGLA Association instructs FAPI to research society arranged to insert in the own organic workers qualified or to qualify from Bangladesh in respect of the regulations in force.
LA FAPI will operate in full autonomy, but will have the obligation to inform in advance the ITALBANGLA Association on initiatives That means undertake, for some from the which will be necessary and essential The role of the ITALBANGLA Association which will use their own experience and their own knowledge to facilitate implementation of the projects shared, applying, where necessary, the Art.27 of the text unique of immigration and subsequent amendments and integrations.
The FAPI will identify Also among their own associates, which they have done explicit personnel request those that possess the requirements of the law, to be able to request internships training.
FAPI will provide them the form that will send after the subject promoter (training institution qualified for internship training for non-EU citizens) that will have the task of preparing the project formative individual for the placement of the trainee (s) in the new context working at the definition from the conditions organizational didactic and to monitoring of the whole project.
For the activities described above, the ITALBANGLA Association will pay the sum of €3,000.00 (three thousand/zero zero euros) to FAPI as a down payment in support of all the activities to be carried out.

Both organizations give each other consent to the processing of data directly or indirectly as required by EU privacy 679/216 (GDRP), in relation to the purposes necessary for the management of this confederation membership agreement.
